You can retrieve the current Dispatcher Paragon Cloud Client log & configuration from the Dispatcher Paragon Cloud Client application by selecting Collect support information:
This will display a pop-up from which you can select which information you wish to select:
Click OK. You will be prompted to select a location for the download. The download contains a zip archive with files for the selected options.
If the UI is unavailable (e.g. Dispatcher Paragon Cloud Client was not installed successfully), you can extract install logs for debugging here:

C:\ProgramData\dipaclientcore\install_logs -
macOS:
/Library/dipaclientcore/install_logs
In addition on the Windows operating system, some important events (e.g. updates, installation, security checks, etc. ) are logged into the Windows Event log.
