User authorization

Note that the authorization is valid only till the refresh token expires. After that, the user will need to authorize again. By default, the refresh token expires 30 days after authorization, but you can change this value. The minimum is 60 minutes, and the maximum is 10 years. For more information on how the refresh tokens work, see the following reference documentation: Using the refresh token.

If the user has not authorized Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud / Dispatcher Stratus, they will see the following screen on the MFD:

If the user authorized successfully and the MFD has both Cloud Terminal and Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud / Dispatcher Stratus applications installed, they will be able to switch seamlessly between the Cloud Terminal and Dispatcher ScanTrip Cloud / Dispatcher Stratus applications without being logged out.
