SAFEQ Cloud Licensing

SAFEQ Cloud is licensed per device, giving organizations a predictable, scalable cost model that grows with their fleet, not their headcount.

Licenses are available for two device types:

  • Print license - for single-function printers (SFDs)

  • MFD license - for multi-function devices with embedded terminal capabilities (secure print, scan, copy)


Tenant license expiration

The expiration time of the customer license is set at 23:59:59 of the expiration date shown on the license information page, local time zone of the data center where the tenant is hosted.

When the trial or the production license expires for the tenant, the following functions will stop working:

  • New print jobs will not be accepted by the server or PC client

  • It will not be possible to add a new printer to the system
